New CEO to Lead DSS Consulting

DSS Consulting celebrated its 25th anniversary in autumn 2023. During the company’s existence, together with nearly 80 clients, we have successfully completed more than 350 projects in the fields of custom software development, IT contract staffing, data quality assurance and data protection, and industrial digitalization in banking, insurance, telecommunications, industry and energy.

The company, which was successfully launched in 1998, has been operating as a private limited company since 2021, with more than 130 employees and a steadily growing team, client base and professional recognition. In addition to our domestic projects, we have an increasing focus on international clients, including in Germany, Switzerland and the United States. After almost 27 years of successful operation, the company’s founding owner-CEO Lajos Lukács will, as planned, hand over the reins to László Sütő, who has been working with DSS for 17 years and has served as the company’s managing director until now. As founder-owner, Lajos Lukács will continue to be involved in the life of DSS Consulting, taking decisions at strategic level.

Lajos graduated from the Faculty of Informatics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and was a founding member of Integra Bank Applications Zrt. in the first half of the 90’s, where he developed several large banking systems. In 2000, he obtained MBA degrees from Purdue University and TIAS School. In October 1998, he founded DSS Consulting, which he managed first as Managing Director and then as CEO.

László graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a degree in Information Technology Engineering and received a Master’s degree in Engineering and Economics from the Budapest University of Economics. After a few years he already worked as a member of the DSS Consulting team, first as Software Architect, then as Head of Software Development and later as Chief Operating Officer. From October 2021 he served as Managing Director of DSS Consulting.

Under László’s leadership and with Lajos’ strategic support, DSS is striving for further market success in Hungary and abroad.
