What is RPA?
RPA, or Robotic Process Automation, is a technology that uses software robots (bots) to automate structured business processes by performing repetitive, low-value-added tasks for human users. RPA bots can mimic user actions such as clicks, keystrokes, data entry and interactions with other systems.
