Information on Submitting and Handling Reports
DSS Consulting Zrt. (hereinafter: the Company) operates an internal whistleblowing system in accordance with Act XXV of 2023. The purpose of this system is to enable employees and other stakeholders to report unlawful or unethical conduct or abuses safely and, if desired, anonymously. Reports are handled by designated investigators.
Reports can be submitted via the form available on the Company’s website. The reporting individual may choose to provide their name and email address or remain anonymous. In the case of an identifiable report, the Company will confirm receipt within 7 days at the latest and initiate an investigation.
Complaints will be investigated within 30 days, which may be extended if necessary but cannot exceed 3 months. Identifiable reporters will be kept informed during the investigation and will receive written notification of the outcome.
An investigation may be omitted if:
a) the report was submitted by an unidentifiable person (a person is considered unidentifiable if – despite reasonable efforts – there is insufficient information to determine their identity),
b) the report was not submitted by a person authorized under this Policy,
c) the report is a repeated submission by the same person with identical content to a previously filed report; or
d) the violation of public or overriding private interest does not justify the restriction of the rights of the person concerned resulting from the investigation.
The processing of data related to reports complies with applicable data protection regulations. Personal data are processed only to the extent necessary for conducting the investigation and are not shared with third parties unless required by law.
